The Culture Map

Onboarding · Trial

You have the basics. You know where fleets form, what to fly, how to make ISK, and where to go for help. This guide is a map of the rest of the alliance: the parts that matter once you are already fleeting.

Treat it as a set of pointers, not homework.

Values

We like the game. Faction warfare is what we do, not all we are. Stand on your own feet, then help others. Create content. No drama. Respect the human behind the capsuleer.

The full version is on Alliance Values.

Town hall

The alliance holds a town hall about once a month, usually mid-month on a Saturday around 17:00–18:00 EVE time, on the Town Hall stage in the Alliance Discord.

  • It is pinged in #announcements.
  • Recordings go up on YouTube afterwards.

It is the easiest way to hear where the alliance is going and who runs what.

Tribes

Tribes are the alliance's interest groups, grouped under Capitals, Supply, and Pulse. Browse them on Tribes once you are fleeting regularly.

Access Tribes
Off trial only Capitals, Advocates, Readiness, Loyalty Points, Fishermen
Often open earlier Mining, PI, freighters, market, technology, thinkspeak

Each tribe's page lists its own requirements. If one you want is off-trial only, that is a reason to keep flying, not a closed door. See Trial, SRP, and Getting Help.

Your corp

Your corporation owns your hangar, your titles, and its own culture. Corp programs, ship handouts, and local rules live in your corp's Discord, not in alliance guides.

If you came through the Academy, its pings and handouts are a good way to find people to fly with.

AARs and propaganda

  • The AARs forum in the Alliance Discord is where pilots write up fights.
  • Alliance content collects campaigns and the monthly warzone reports.

None of this is how you find tonight's fleet. It is how you find out what the fleet you were on actually did.

Keep learning

The rest of the Learning Center is for after your first fleets:

  • The Faction Warfare certificate goes deeper on plexing, advantage, and the frigate, destroyer, and cruiser metagames.
  • The ISK Generation certificate covers high-income alternatives once plexing is routine.
  • The full guides catalog covers capitals, subcapital roles, bookmarks, and more.

Welcome to Minmatar Fleet.
