Rules for using minmatar.org, alliance community tools, and EVE Online data — including CCP intellectual-property notices required for third-party developers.
Last updated: 16 August 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of minmatar.org and related Minmatar Fleet Alliance services (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Who operates the Site
The Site is operated by Minmatar Fleet Alliance (“FL33T”, “we”, “us”), a player organization in EVE Online. It is a volunteer community service.
Contact: admin@minmatar.org or #help on Discord.
2. Not an official CCP service
This website is not an official EVE Online website.
This material is used with limited permission of CCP Games. No official affiliation or endorsement by CCP Games is stated or implied.
This application has been created under the EVE Developer License Agreement.
CCP hf. bears no responsibility for the content or operation of this website and cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from its use.
Your use of EVE Online remains subject to CCP’s EULA / Terms of Service and related policies. If these Terms conflict with CCP’s terms for Game Data or CCP tools, CCP’s terms control for that subject matter.
3. CCP intellectual property
EVE Online, its logo, and all affiliated logos, fonts, and designs are the intellectual property of CCP. All artwork, screenshots, characters, vehicles, storylines, and world facts associated with these trademarks are CCP’s intellectual property. EVE Online and its logo are registered trademarks of CCP.
© 2026 CCP hf. All rights reserved. “EVE”, “EVE Online”, “CCP”, and all related logos and images are trademarks or registered trademarks of CCP hf.
You will not use CCP trademarks, game assets, or Game Data except as allowed by CCP (including the Developer License Agreement and EVE Online Content Creation Terms of Use).
We grant you no licence to CCP’s intellectual property. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Site for its intended community purpose.
4. Eligibility
You must comply with Discord’s and CCP’s minimum-age and account rules. You must be able to form a binding contract. You may not use the Site if you are banned from EVE Online, Discord, or the Minmatar Fleet Discord in a way that makes Site use unauthorized.
5. Accounts
Site accounts are tied to Discord. Logging in adds you to the Minmatar Fleet Discord server. Leaving that server deletes your Site account and associated data. You are responsible for your Discord account security.
Linking EVE characters uses CCP SSO. You must only link characters you are authorized to use. You must not share login credentials, ESI tokens, or session cookies.
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms, alliance standards, or applicable law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break EVE Online, Discord, or other third-party terms
- Abuse ESI, scrape the Site in a way that harms service, or attempt unauthorized access
- Share another person’s ESI token, Discord session, or Site credentials
- Upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Site
- Harass, dox, or unlawfully collect personal data about other users
- Leak confidential alliance intel (timers, doctrines meant to stay internal, ping-restricted information, or similar operational data) except as authorized
- Impersonate FL33T, CCP, or other users
- Use the Site to conduct real-money trading of EVE assets in violation of CCP policy
Alliance values and in-game/Discord rules also apply to members. Breach of those rules may result in loss of Site access, roles, or alliance membership.
7. Community services (fleets, SRP, market, industry)
Fleet tools, ship reimbursement, freight, buyback, manufacturing orders, and similar features are community services. They are not CCP services, not banks, and not investment products.
EVE Online ISK, items, and similar game assets have no guaranteed real-world value. We do not warrant that SRP, contracts, or market tools will pay, fill, or complete. Leadership may change or end any program at any time.
You remain responsible for in-game actions, including contracts you accept in EVE Online.
8. User content
You retain rights in content you submit (posts, combat logs, applications, comments, and similar). You grant FL33T a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, moderate, and otherwise use that content to operate the Site and alliance community.
You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe others’ rights. We may remove content at our discretion.
Public content may be indexed or shared. Do not submit secrets you cannot afford to leak.
9. Third-party services
The Site links to or relies on Discord, CCP/ESI, Google Analytics, Sentry, zKillboard, Twitch, YouTube, Reddit, and other third parties. We are not responsible for those services. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that ESI data is complete or current, that fleets or timers are accurate, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINMATAR FLEET ALLIANCE, ITS MEMBER CORPORATIONS, AND THEIR VOLUNTEERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF ISK, ITEMS, ACCOUNTS, DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE MINIMUM AMOUNT REQUIRED BY LAW, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS. IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED.
CCP IS NOT LIABLE FOR THIS SITE. SEE SECTION 2.
12. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify FL33T and its volunteers against claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your misuse of the Site, your ESI tokens, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights — except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Site at any time. Leaving the Minmatar Fleet Discord server terminates your account. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Site.
Provisions that should survive (including CCP notices, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity) survive termination.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Site and leave the Discord server if you want your account deleted.
15. General
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us for the Site. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may assign these Terms in connection with operating the alliance or the Site. You may not assign them without our consent.
Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Headings are for convenience only.
These Terms are intended to apply to the greatest extent permitted by the laws applicable to a voluntary community website. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived by contract in your jurisdiction.
