FL33T is built on community. We fly together, fight together, and die together. These are the expectations we hold for every member, so we can keep prospering as one alliance. Remember: on the other side of every screen is another person.
We Like The Game
We love EVE Online, all of it. Some of our content happens in high-sec, some in null-sec. We're not a faction warfare alliance; we're an alliance that happens to do faction warfare.
We Respect Everyone
Respect the content: FL33T generates a lot of external content: Reddit propaganda, alliance memes, YouTube videos, and a general good vibe that defines our culture. We're friends here. Have fun with it and don't take the game too seriously.
Respect the capsuleer: Trust is the foundation of any organisation in EVE. Awoxing, undercutting, and other slights directed at FL33T members undermine everything we're building and won't be tolerated.
Respect the human: Racism, exclusion, and other offensive behaviour have no place here. FL33T spans every timezone and walk of life.
We Support Ourselves
We want pilots who can stand on their own two feet. That doesn't mean you need to arrive knowing everything; we have plenty of new players, and learning is part of the deal. Ask questions, read the MOTD, and lean on the people around you.
Self-sufficiency is a skill you build over time: making your own ISK, fitting your own ships, and knowing how to get back on grid after a loss. We're staged in the heart of Minmatar faction warfare space, one of the best ISK printers in the game. Abyssals, nullsec, industry, and other sources are all solid paths to get there.
We Support Each Other
Self-sufficiency doesn't mean going it alone. Rats are in this together. When someone is struggling, stuck, or just having a bad week, we show up for them. New player learning the ropes? Lost your hull and wondering how to afford the next one? Need a hand finding your place in the alliance? More capitals to move than you have characters? No rat left behind.
That's the deal; put your mask on first, and then look for others that need help.
We Keep It Cool
Starting arguments? Walk away. Unnecessary conflict between our own members isn't something we stand for. EVE is a game, and we're here to enjoy it. Choosing to spoil someone else's experience is a one-way ticket out of the alliance.
We Adapt Fast
Our goals, short and long term, shift with the sheer variety of content available to us, and we switch things up often. You may need to skill into and buy a new ship every now and then; with the volume of content we run, that shouldn't be a problem.
We Create Content
EVE is a two-sided game. We kill ships, we lose ships, the cycle continues, and it's a good time. We're going to feed occasionally, and that's fine.
These values are what make FL33T what it is. We've come a long way on the back of a strong alliance culture. We fight, we feed, but most importantly we have fun. We do not have the brain cells for drama; they're already occupied debating which frontline to push. Reach out to HR if you have questions.
Lastly, our enemies should hate that they love us. Don't just bring a ship to grid, bring class.
Fly safe, but not too safe.
