How to fix Triglavian standings for OBS fleets: ship choice, sites to run, and extraction options.
Author: Minmatar FleetPochven Standings
This guide covers fixing and setting initial Triglavian standings—something you should all be familiar with to some degree. Thankfully, it is really simple.
Why do I need to do this?
Your Triglavian Collective standing must be any positive value (0.01 or above). Neutral is not enough for OBS (Observatory Flashpoint) fleets. Otherwise the NPC Zirnitra inside the site will shoot you, logi will rep you, logi will take and spread aggro through the entire logi wing. This will kill us.
How do I check my standings?
To check your standing, open your Character Sheet → Interactions → Standings and search for "Triglavian Collective".

FC help, my standings are neutral or slightly negative!
The easiest way to improve standings is to take a ship to Pochven and shoot either:
a) Rogue Drones
b) Sleepers
c) Drifters
d) EDENCOM
Generally a and b are preferred. Drones give much less standing but are easier to kill—if you are entirely neutral and only need a tiny tick, drones will do. Sleepers are harder to kill but give much more standing.
Drifters will generally wreck your shit, especially since Doomsday drifters exist in Pochven that will one-shot all but a very few select ship fittings.
Shooting EDENCOM is an option, but they can escalate hard and bring a lot more EWAR, so it can be quite annoying.
Okay, how do I go shoot these things?
Step 1: Pick a Ship
If you are solo, in Pochven for the first time, have no clue what you are doing, and need to travel, look for:
a) <4s align time
b) >60–70k range
c) >200 DPS
d) A little bit of EHP
Your goal is to land on a site at range. All NPCs will either approach or warp to you (yes, they do that here). Blap one at range while staying outside DPS range, then warp off.
A low align time also makes ganks much harder. Cheap options: Jackdaw, Caracal, Rail ENI. More expensive: cloaky nullified T3Cs, Phantasms, etc.
It is much easier in a group. Four or five friends in RR spidertank Vexors or Cyclone Fleets will do great.
The no-effort route is probably grabbing FL33T's NVY-5 ENI and replacing the web and point with a tracking computer and sensor boosters.
The standard NVY-30 Talwar fit works fine for shooting rogue drones to get minimal standings.
Step 2: Get into Pochven
The easy bit. Buy a Cladistic-5 'Krai Svarog' Filament, warp to a deadspace safe in a solo fleet, and activate it. You will land in one of the nine systems belonging to the "Svarog" Clade.
Also bring a Proximity-5 'Extraction' Filament for easy exit.

Step 3: Find a Site
Quick Pochven geography: the region is mostly a giant pipe where the vast majority of systems have only two connections. Be aware—it is very easy for groups chasing you to get ahead, bubble gates, etc. Always D-scan a gate before warping to it. If it is not in range, warp to a celestial in range and D-scan. Basically pretend you are in low-sec and there might be a smartbomb camp on every outgate.
The sites we want are "Torpid Sleeper Hive" (harder, more standing) and "Incipient Drone Swarm" (easier, less standing). Stick around the Raravoss region—that is likely our staging for the near future and has the quickest extraction back to Sosala. Find them in your probe scanner, just like FW plexes. They have no acceleration gates, so be ready to act on landing.
Step 4: Kill a Thing
Found a site? Warp at 100, align out, cycle your prop mod if needed to keep distance from the rats. Be ready to warp out if they land a wrecking shot or get too close. Start by shooting something small—a frigate or cruiser—to ensure you get a kill. Once you have one kill, warp off.
You only get one standings tick every 20 minutes per system, and it uses the highest "standing value" thing you killed. If you killed a cruiser in one site, you can dock up if all you needed was 0.00 → 0.01, or keep looking for another site and return to the first one later.
Step 5: Hurry Up and Wait
Depending on your plan, now you wait or do whatever. Extraction options once you hit 0.01:
A: Leave ship in Pochven for the future
- Dock up in Raravoss Fortizar
- Deathclone, done.
B: Extract back to Sosala
- Grab the Proximity-5 'Extraction' Filament you hopefully brought, or buy one locally (expensive)
- Get to Raravoss
- Make sure you do not have any red timer
- Be in a fleet by yourself or with a max of 4 friends also on grid
- Warp to a deadspace safe
- Use the filament
- You will generally land within 4j of Sosala. Raravoss used to be nearby; Proximity filaments spit you out close to where the system was before it was "induced" into Pochven
C: Ask -RUDE for a scan
- We have scanners in Raravoss that will scan the HS/LS wormhole there if it is up. This links to the same systems you can reach via Proximity filament. You can also enter Pochven this way.
Step 6: ???
Congrats! You did a thing! You stepped into the unknown and set a path for your future or some melodramatic shit!
Step 7: Profit
Zorya will now let you milk EDENCOM dreads for money without being up your ass about it. Aka you can come on OBS fleets now. Great success.
IF YOU NEED HELP WITH ANY OF THIS, REACH OUT TO ANY -RUDE MEMBER AND WE CAN COACH YOU THROUGH IT OR GRAB A SHIP AND DO IT ALONGSIDE YOU!
