Used to provide high DPS against other capital ships. Fuel bay should have 60k Nitrogen Isotopes and be topped up with Strontium Clathrates. Fleet hangar should have an additional 1000 Strontium Clathrates. The remainder of cargo space in both the fleet hangar and main hold should be filled with Cap Booster 3200s.

This fit REQUIRES a 601 PG implant, there are 4 in cargo so take out the extra and store them for later so we have tons stocked wherever we end up. Worst case scenario offline the capital neut but the fit was .26% PG over and I couldn't bring myself to let that slide. I took it personally.

If you are flying this with the Nirvana recommended pod than swap the capital neutralizer for the Large Plasma Smartbomb II in cargo.

Use minimum pod in almost all situations, use recommended pod in non-corruption LS fights.
