- Ability to move large volumes of items safely (JF recommended).
- Ability to manage large collateral and consignment (~10 billion ISK liquid recommended).
Responsibilities
- Reducing costs and logistical workloads by sourcing ships and components locally.
- Reducing logistical headaches by moving large volumes between necessary locations.
- Ensuring that ships are available for fleet commanders.
