A versatile close-mid range skirmish fleet designed to apply high burst damage to fleets that application is normally an issue against. Can do light kiting at 40-50km ranges but prefers being up close and personal, just watch for reloads.

Make sure fleet has 4 members swap their Grappler for a Target Painter for maximum application, MGC should almost always be loaded with application unless the 10km extra range allows you to outrange an opposing fleet. 2nd ENAM for higher enemy DPS situations or if you have larger numbers. Scram in cargo for MWD heavy fleets that you want to really lock down.
